Strange it must be YOU that doesn't recall "Desert Storm" because the current conflict is the result of Billys not taking care of Saddam for the 8 year period that he was in office. Do you actually postulate to us that if George senior had been re-elected that Saddam would have been able to defy the terms of his surrender agreement as he did?
