1. Define likeness in terms of patent law. The Obama emblem is distinct enough to avoid any lawsuit. There are FAR too many differences for this to be an issue.
2. Obama, to my knowledge, is not selling this seal nor marketing it as a Presidential Seal. It is the seal, emblem of his campaign.
This is yet another example of people trying to make something out of nothing.
