But like here in KS. our immigration bill failed because theRepublicans and the other groups opposed to any controls took the teeth out of a very good bill.
Including any need for any business to use what has worked. So no we don't have a real way to enforce this as of yet. It has to come form the Fed govt and made law for each state. Below is the results after twice being worked over to delute its ability to work.
