The church is a private institution and has the right to decline access.It also has the right to protect itself from litigation stemming from injury.Many churches are equipped with a crying room or overflow rooms that may prove to be a compromise in this situation.Video and audio are piped into the room.I think the church should make every attempt to accommodate it's members but they are not legally required to do so.I'm sure that they do not enjoy turning anyone away.
