The church has to protect itself from potential lawsuits stemming from the fact that this person is known to do these things...If they don't refuse entrance and something happens, the church may be held liable...

As a brother of a mentally challenged person, I understnd the extra hardships a family has to go through, but nonetheless, it IS the family's responsibility and not the church's...The restraining order should be imposed and carried out...The mother is outright wrong...
