I realize who Sanchez is. But it's always enlightening to hear views of disgruntled employees. In the private sector, even if they do have an ax to grind, their statements often shed light on problems theretofore unknown.

And Metz is hardly unbiased. It was partly on his advice that some of the tactics criticized by Sanchez were implemented.
