Nor is it correct. Whose economy are they talking about? The same one they're saying is not in recession yet? They are not speaking for my economy which has been affected by cheaper and cheaper labor in more and more sectors of society.
I don't think this fellow would take kindly to his wife being targeted, beaten, punched or assaulted because she "looks illegal". I have American children who happen to be Hispanic, and I don't believe they should have to be discriminated against because of the way they look, or because someone might look at them and say those must be the "illegitimate spawn" of some illegal. Hey, if this fellow's wife has the predominant genes, maybe his kid can be called "illegitimate spawn". I'll start tatooing my kids' forehead with the words "I am fifth generation American" to make sure that when my son is a teenager he doesn't get sodomized with a pipe for trying to kiss a white girl. It's disgusting, and it makes me feel ashamed of my countrymen,
In the inner city is where you mostly find low intelligence and dog eat dog mentality. There have always been and unfortunately continue to be racially motivated crimes. But some of the scenarios quoted in that article are from 200. If the discrimination is at a fever pitch since just recently, how do you account for that?

Because that battle has already been lost. Matter of fact a lot of people involved in their own situation at the time probably didn't even know their job was sold for seven pieces of silver to an outsourcing service. It is the fact that Americans have been pushed out of the job market by so many "others" that made us finally say enough is enough.
- you know, those tech and customer service jobs that were occupied by middle class working Americans. And we don't see a dime of that money, because those people don't pay taxes.
