I saw that today, twas watching Countdown when all of a sudden Keith said something about the "last Countdown" and I was like "Wait, what?". Then after the break he starts talking about how ESPN only gave him 30 seconds to say goodbye when he was on that channel, then I thought, "No f-ing way." Then he said his goodbyes, read one last time from Thurber, thanked the fans, and that was about it. Show's over.

And I was like, "What the Santa Christ?".

Needless to say, I was a bit blindsided by this.
