Did the number of actual abortions go up? Or just legal ones? The thing is that I do not believe for a second that making abortion illegal will in any way stop it from happening. Rich people will still find good clean ways of getting it done, and poor people will find other ways... many of which will end up taking the life of not only a fetus, but the woman too.

I do not think that this is a decision that can be made by law. I think that the law has to stay pro-choice. I think that if you are against abortion then you must instill that in the people that you can, such as your own family and friends.

As far as there being life at conception...

I do not feel that a cake is done until it comes out of the oven... until then it is just batter. Do you call flour, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and fruit a cake? Probably not, until it is fully baked.
