well, Liverpool (like Watts, North Harlem, etc. in America) is a sewer - and those that live there would rather be around ugly vandalism than have anything beautiful to look at - but this is a shame.

When we visiting Liverpool several years ago (I guess it's more like ten years now), we were surprised at just HOW much like an American ghetto it is almost completely. We didn't even want to eat there.
