Yes, it's only in the US. Which means we'll be much like China, where everyone will just go around us, and we will have to proxy to out of the country servers to get to the sites the govt won't let us go to. Just like those in China do now.
The US wants to be the hub of the internet and this bill will make damn sure we're not.
