The human stomach has a rough Ph of 2.0 specifically to KILL bacteria (among other functions). Our bodies are designed to handle the intake of germs. I have never heard of a situation when someone got sick from snowcream.

Common sense dictates that certain precautions should be taken (dirty snow and such) but people are overworried in this case.
