I thank you for posting this article.
It is troubling because it is all too true. I see it across America as we travel. You are sometimes afraid to speak honestly because you know you will be labeled prejudiced.
I actually had a young man tell me I was prejudiced for my views on the illegal situation.
I just looked at him and stated, "I believe one of my great grand fathers -Don Isador Canova would take issue with what you just said!"
He was astounded that a person with a foreign sounding ancestor would think we need to give citizens a job first over illegals.
But all of us came from somewhere unless we are native American. Our ancestors had to endure servitude or pay their passage by working aboard ship or what-have-you.
What are these people thinking who don't want to stop the flood?
We need to stress history a lot more in school, I'm thinking!

So we can avoid the pitfalls of others who went before us!
