When I wrote my last post, I was REALLY hoping you'd reply with this...

On certain parts, no...

...but on OTHERS...

You point out the ONE PART that deals with labor...But if you look at EVERY OTHER SECTION, you'll find it does NOT...

You can't sit there and say both sides are treated equally when one side gets hit with ten sections of a bill and the other side gets hit with one...

Here's an example...

Quote:
Section 102 -
Applies the ban on contributions and expenditures by foreign nationals to foreign-controlled domestic corporations. Requires the highest ranking official of a corporation, before making any contribution, donation, expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement for an electioneering communication in connection with a federal election, to file a certification with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), if this has not been done already, that the corporation is not prohibited from carrying out such activity
This says nothing about foreign nationals giving millions to unions in an attempt to legislate or campaign from overseas...Corporations are banned from it, but unions aren't...The SEIU (The Service Employees INTERNATIONAL Union) is exempt...

You don't find anything wrong with the SEIU...which admitted to spending over SIXTY-MILLION DOLLARS FOR OBAMA...not having to file with the FEC?...

Do you REALLY want a bill passed that forces the compny executive from Nissan to file if his company wants to spend $1 million but the unions don't have to even if one of them spends 60 times as much?...
