I'd be surprised if Obama goes the amnesty by XO route anytime soon. He'll wait until after he can tar Congressional Republicans as racists for failing to enact his amnesty reform bill, another 2,000 pages he will not bother to read. Then a bit closer to the 2012 election but long enough before voter registration deadlines to permit special interest groups to conduct targeted registration drives the Great Emancipator will enable millions of illegals to emerge from the shadows to vote for him.
