Hmmmmm...not sure how I feel about that one. If it works for folks sure--then I'm all for it. I quit with a combination of the patch, zyban, and nicotine free herbal cigarettes for those times the urge to inhale smoke would have made me go out and buy a pack and take off the patch. It worked for me--but that's me.
