Must be tons due to their fighting it tooth and nail. The county down the valley from me is till paying for services for people 4 food producers trained how to apply for those services.
And guess what? The appeals process is filled with legaleez and issue clouding.
But who wants the law enforced? Little Ol' Me, and my vast Right Wing Co-Conspirators, or the President of the United States, who certainly could make that happen tomorrow?

That's the pattern I directing you to. The companies you cite are behaving in a criminal manner it seems. And why should they not, No one is enforcing the law- or allowed to.
