I voted "Other".

However, I think a SPECIFIC moratorium should be applied in some states, like Texas. (Actually, Texas is the only one that comes to mind.)

A state that rules that the defense attorney being asleep during the trial is not grounds for inadequate counsel?
A state that has a separate system for fast-tracking executions?

But basically I think my thinking basically reiterates others having a concern for our justice system not performing well enough to have the powerful tool of execution.
These deficiencies in the system need to be fixed.
