Think of those inmates in Texas. One was freed after 26 years. Is there are any compensation due to the inmates being wrongly imprisoned?
Also, what about the ADA's who conducted the trials? If they were told to win at any costs, should they be held accountable for their actions as well, outside of a personal apology to the defendant wrongly convicted at their trial?
Seems to me that if any court apologizes to the defendant, such as the man after 26 years, I really do wonder if it comes from the heart of the judge or he is only speaking just for the whole state?
